Toei Oedo Line “Tochomae Station” – Direct access to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.
Toei Bus (Tocho Circulation Route) – From Shinjuku Station West Exit (Underground Bus Terminal), get off at Tocho Daiichi Honchosha, Tocho Daini Honchosha, or Togikai Gijido-mae. Operates on weekdays only.
Shinjuku WE Bus – From Shinjuku Station West Exit (Bus Stop), take the bus bound for Nishi-Sando Area and get off at Shinjuku Washington Hotel-mae.
